GB7 Grout Pump
GB7 / Whytehall
The new GB7 range of grout pumps manufactured by Whyte-Hall has been developed following many years experience in the manufacture and marketing of grout pumps as well as specific customer application requirements for grouting. The GB7 series is an extremely simple and robust piece of equipment, far superior to other competitive products.
Features
GB7 Grout Pump is a robust piece of equipment with in excess of 30% more power than other competitive products available.
Innovation: The GB7 is also available in a non-sparking nylon polymer construction for use in areas where light metals are prohibited (like coal mines and petrochemical sites).
Reliability: The GB7 pumps are extremely long lasting with minimum service difficulties.
Price: The GB7 pumps are extremely well prices being some 25% lower in cost than other competitive grout pumps.
Service: A total spare parts and back up service compliments the GB7 range including a grout mixer tank.
PUMP OPERATING SYSTEM
The GB7 grout pump is an air driven, reciprocating, single piston type, the reciprocating air-motor being directly linked by the connecting rod to the piston of the pump. This piston has a built in check valve which opens on the down stroke and closes on the up stroke, the liquid trapped in the riser tube then being pushed out by the piston as it moves up. The GB7 grout pump from the mixing container via the hose to the work site.
APPLICATION
There are many applications for the GB7 grout pump range including:
- Construction/Building/Civil Engineering
- Ground anchors, backfilling, guniting, ground sealing, spraying, building repair etc. where cementitious type materials need to be applied to fill voids, cracks and hollows under pressure.
- Roofbolting, postgrouting, longhole grouting, spraying etc.
GENERAL INDUSTRY
Heavy duty transfer pumping, sludge pumping cement mortar transfer and spraying.
