Taking flow capacities over 4,100 lpm with 6″ piping relies on equipment that is not only durable, but designed to aid ease of use. The three larger SPECTRUM Inox versions come as standard with heavy-duty mounting legs for housing security and a swing bolt and davit arm configuration for quick, easy and safe cartridge change-out.
The big brothers to the 5, 7 and 12 round housings, these larger sizes use 4″ DN100 PN16 flanges as standard to accommodate, with minimal pressure loss, flows of up to 4100 lpm. The top plate in these sizes has 4 tie rod threads to evenly spread compression over the 12 spring seals. This arrangement allows up to a 1″ cartridge length variation and makes changeout easy.
